I’ve been coming to this location for 15 years, but this will be my last visit. I just went inside, and was greeted by the same terrible manager who was the reason I stopped going to another location, now she followed me here. In case your wondering the women I’m referring to is the short Indian lady with a mole and glasses, who has the annoying auntie look.
All I did was ask if the bread was fresh, and off she goes, acting like I insulted her honour 😂
Eventually I told her I came to get food, not to get yelled at, and she finally piped down.
What is wrong with her? She must be the new owner, because you would have to be crazy to hire her as your manager! If anything you will lose customers!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue I brought up, they argued back and forth with me and made dismissive comments like “it’s common sense,” which only escalated the situation.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and for concerns to be handled calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The overall experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

The food was fine as per subway standards, but the experience was overshadowed by an uncomfortable interaction regarding parking.
I parked in a clearly marked 30-minute customer parking spot in front of the store. While I was still in my car about to get out, another car came in and was signaling we to move. I said I just parked. She got out of her car, wearing a Subway shirt and telling me this was a subway customer-only parking.
I explained that I was a customer and was going to Subway, which is not even what the spot is for- it’s a 30 minute parking spot in a strip mall. Despite this, she continued to stand there and pressure me to move, seemingly for her own convenience. When I came into subway, she came in after, didn’t apologize and when I later realized she was the owner, the situation felt even more inappropriate and unwelcoming.
Customers should not feel harassed or intimidated for using clearly designated customer parking, specially not by the convenience of the business. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression.
I still chose to spend my money here, since I wanted to eat here, but the owner needs to learn to be honest and not harass people in parking lots.
