  I’ve ordered from this store a few times due to sheer convenience, but even that isn’t worth it anymore. My order is never correct, missing items, and above all else the quality of the sandwiches is abismal you can tell they really don’t care. Not toasted when you ask for toasted, sauce in the middle of the sandwich instead of on the bread for some reason and they skimp out on ingredients for example oil and vinegar if you ask for it. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

  Food Business get 5star that is awesome everyone loves the place the people which comes with customer service but if you get 1=0 star bad deal !!!!! This is how it goes I ordered on line and entered in the subway on grimmer to pick up my order. There was 2 Indian ladies working behind the counter preparing food 1st Indian lady she smile and made eye contact and this other Indian lady she was short and fat telling the other when you prepared online pickup put less food because customer is hungry they start eating right away with out thinking. “”””That is Shady “””” This Indian short fat lady with glasses while preparing food didn’t realize I am standing listening and looking if she look up at me ..None… 1st sandwich Sweet onion Teriyaki chicken she put 1 scoop and spread on more than half bread and no second scoop only 4 pieces of chicken spread the other half foot long —- I was curious what she is doing but she still ignored me while i am standing there. 2nd. Meal of the day oven roasted turkey. Foot long she put it 2 pieces of turkey each on foot long total 8 pc. That is messed up. This store is a bad deal they cheat customer specially this fat short Indian lady apparently the other Indian lady said she is the Owner. /manager … Places like this in Fremont community don’t last long they shut down and specially food business you don’t cheat customer with the food that is why this Subway on Grimmer got 1=0 star ⭐️ Lost 1 customer today more coming “”Good luck grimmer subway “”

  Should put sign out avocado extra $2.49 I had coupon for $8.99 footlong how did it come out to $14.96?? No receipt given!!

  I love Subways and have eaten a lot in Subways all over. This is probably the worst one I have ever been to! First, they are really stingy with the quantity of material they put on the sandwich. I don't expect extra quantity on the sandwich (for example, for chicken). But expect what other Subways put and what Subways official website claims. Secondly, they are rude and don't know how to deal with customers. Third, even their prices are higher than other Subways in the area. I don't know how they think they can get away with charging more for smaller quantity, and being rude, to boot!!

  The manager and the counter lady both are rude as hell, can’t even make a custom sandwich, makes their own rules that doesn’t even make any sense. I would’ve gave negative stars if it was possible, real terrible experience.
