I love Subways and have eaten a lot in Subways all over. This is probably the worst one I have ever been to!
First, they are really stingy with the quantity of material they put on the sandwich. I don't expect extra quantity on the sandwich (for example, for chicken). But expect what other Subways put and what Subways official website claims.
Secondly, they are rude and don't know how to deal with customers.
Third, even their prices are higher than other Subways in the area.
I don't know how they think they can get away with charging more for smaller quantity, and being rude, to boot!!
The manager and the counter lady both are rude as hell, can’t even make a custom sandwich, makes their own rules that doesn’t even make any sense.
I would’ve gave negative stars if it was possible, real terrible experience.
I placed online app order for veggie delight footlongs but too less veggies and dressings. Many of the ingredients mentioned while placing online order were not present. When called, the guy picked up who said he is the owner and he was a little bit rude and wasn’t ready to accept a mistake and kept on trying to cover up. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Cost cutting like this would not help survive in a long term.
As promised here is a well deserved one star review, for the manager of this location, who if your wondering is the short Indian lady with a mole and glasses, who looks like she’s always sweating and having a panic attack. She has a SERIOUS attitude problem with customers. Because of her I will never come to this location again. I noticed all the recent reviews are negative, must be cuz she’s the new owner. I would like to emphasise that I NEVER give one star reviews but this was well earned.
