  Annie, the worker at the front desk was the best. They helped us print out our shipping label and even offered to help tape it down extra, which was not necessary but very appreciated. She’ll be the reason I return again to this location.

  Annie at the front desk is a rare example of excellent customer service. She's friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and builds rapport with everyone who comes in. I've been to plenty of FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL locations and this is the only one that hasn't ever been a bad experience.
