  After reading the previous reviews. Any place can have it's a good day and a bad day. places that I rate as five star one day can be a one star the next. My post is more to those who need to ship next day. My experience was with Rachel, who was awesome today. They do take care of their customers, and since most customers are not 100% ready, that means we wait for that. I think that's what drives most low ratings. Have your ducks in a row, all seems to go great The cut off at this location for East Coast, so ideally you need to be here by 4:45 to make that cut. The trucks leave between 455 and 505pm. You do need to ask for the packaging that is generally left out at other locations. A bit frustrating. But, just ask. If you get here, and you miss it, take your package and head south to the Dado street center, there are little to no supplies there, so grab packaging here, and scoot. East Coast at Dado is 530pm. This where their truck goes to. Every stores pickup is different now.

  I was standing outside for a large package drop-off, but the door was locked before 7 pm, and they wouldn’t even entertain me. It was very unprofessional service.

  Do not take your packages here. There is an oversized Transgender Hispanic old lady with piles of makeup who screams at you when you’re walking in , telling you to get out and that they are closed. We came 07/27/2026 at 6:20 pm This lady or Man should not be in customer service. What a disappointment!

  Outstanding service from start to finish! I came in to scan documents, and when a small glitch caused a line on one of the pages, the staff didn't hesitate to help me fix it and redo it completely. Their patience and willingness to make things right made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future needs!
