Great experience here for a last minute print of 500 copies. Went to 3 different UPS/Fedex locations prior to this one and this was the only one that could help. The gals today were super helpful in walking me through the process of submitting the files and everything.
The FEDEX driver deliberately not ring the door bell. Just left a tag quietly and conveniently claimed nobody home. I guess so that he didn't need to drag the super heavy package around. We were home all morning waiting. Now we have no choice but drive there to pick up. We mentioned it to FEDEX staff, but obviously they don't care.
Terrible experience at this FedEx location while returning a laptop to B&H.
I brought the laptop in the original shipping box and protective bubble wrap that B&H had used to send it to me. The employee immediately told me the packaging was "unacceptable" and even said he had "never seen packaging like that before." When I explained that this was literally the original packaging from B&H, he responded by saying he would mark the package as "uninspected" and that FedEx would not be responsible for any damage.
That statement was confusing, especially considering he had already inspected and commented on the packaging. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
The employee then offered to re-wrap the package for $9, which I agreed to because I wanted to ensure the laptop arrived safely. After paying, I noticed the store sells a 15-foot roll of bubble wrap for only $6.29. At no point was I informed that there was a less expensive option available right on the shelf that would have allowed me to package it myself.
What bothered me most was not the $9 charge itself, but the lack of transparency. If an employee is recommending additional packaging, customers should be informed of all available options rather than being steered toward the more expensive service.
Overall, the experience felt more focused on generating an extra sale than helping a customer complete a straightforward return shipment. I left feeling pressured, misled, and deliberately kept uninformed about lower-cost alternatives that were available in the store.
They filled a print order for large posters with less than a day turn around, great service

This is a horrible Fed ex. I have about 70 pages to scan, had to make 6 copies. The lady asked me to authorize an amount and needed to do $100. The machine messed up and it took the authorization $100. She told me to go to the other machine and authorize $100 and the machine messed up now I am in $200. She then said, she can charge me another $100 to make it happen and acting like no regard for what I am feeling ( like oh well for me ) Customer service is nothing like it used too be. It should NOT cost me $300 to scan some copies to an email. I dont recommend this place, go somewhere else unless your like me and no choice and its covient. Come with a lot of money
