  Customer service said package is ready for pick up, when we reached, staff said it’s not ready you can come tomorrow. They should fix their internal systems so customer should not suffer

  I ordered an auto part from RockAuto and paid almost double for express shipping specifically to receive it by Friday so I could repair my car over the weekend. DHL marked the delivery as “attempted – no response”, but the driver never called, never knocked, and left no notice. I was home the entire time. Because customer service was already closed, I now have to wait until next week, and I’m forced to use taxis for several days due to a missed delivery that never actually happened. Paying premium for express shipping only to have the stop skipped is extremely frustrating. Please require drivers to contact recipients before marking a delivery attempt.

  They processed my package very quickly and it got to my house on time and I was able to use the units I ordered on my road trip without delay. I’m very happy with the way they handled my shipment.

  The driver came all the way to the building and returned as he didn’t have gate code. He didn’t think to call or message me but returned with my package which is now going to be delayed by 4 days because of weekend and public holiday.

  Its took 2 days for shipping from india to california , but for delivery its been 3 days and still I dint receive the package.
