  My first room was so bad I had to go to the front desk and ask for a new room. Both of the rooms had a weird smell when I entered. The first rooms toilet had some fecal matter on the toilet seat and in the crack of the seat and the lid. The seat was left up like they cleaned under the seat but never the actual seat and didn’t clean it thoroughly. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock and since I was by myself I did not feel safe staying in that room with any unlocked door let alone one that has access to the outside. The front desk did give me a new room but that one had lots of ants all around the bathroom sink area and the furniture was banged up. Between both rooms I just felt like I couldn’t relax and be comfortable. The AC also did not work in either room and the halls to the rooms had random trash that was there for the 2 days I was there like the halls weren’t vacuumed even though they had trash on it (just again speaks to the lack of cleanliness). Overall I would not stay here again and I recommend you don’t waste your time or money either.

  This used to be one of our family's go to places. Nice location. Great pool. However they have become a hot spot for unhoused people. It is fine for a construction worker. I would definitely not feel comfortable with my wife and kids being here without me present.

  I've been here a couple of times and it's generally good. A nice breakfast but the mattresses are pretty tired and not very comfortable.

  I did not book my reservation correctly, but they were able to make it right and give us conjoining rooms as requested. The woman during check-in was quite busy. I’m curious why there weren’t two clerks during check-in? The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part of the whole stay was I believe her name was Ariza during breakfast on May 17th. She was so busy and kept everything stocked and was so happy to do so. She even offered me yogurt when she saw me looking for some. Thanks for my jacket, guys!!! It’s one of my favorites to travel with!! :) #510 >>> Colorado
