  Manager on duty is a real one! Today (08/17) around 915a, I was waiting in line to do my normal returns and I walk in to find a heckler (and possibly intoxicated / impaired individual) being incredibly difficult, demanding, and abusive toward the manager on duty. I won't get into details on the situation but the manager there today provided professional services to the rest of the people waiting in the shop, protected his team, and still managed to handle the perp in a civilized manner. Props to him. He deserves a raise and / or recognition.

  From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted. Zayne supported me with providing steps on how to download and email my file to store 0351. Nini was so polite and assisted me with my printing services. The teamwork here is so impressive!! I was present for 15 minutes and they supported so many residents with a smile on their face and quickness!! Best UPS- I will continue driving the extra miles to come here moving forward. Thank you, Zayne and Nini!!

  I would give Nirali ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/5 stars if the app allowed it. She is always so helpful and is bilingual she has helped my Spanish only speaking mom with a notary and also she always helps me whenever i have a drop off or return. Thank you again you make shipping so easy for us who have no idea whats going. Smart , well informed young lady.
