  I am writing to express my frustration with the pricing structure and lack of options for standard document printing at your store. When I needed a normal printout, I was told that the only way to get the file to your system was to email it. I was then charged a $4.00 "email fee" on top of the $1.40 charge for printing 4 pages. Paying a $4.00 handling fee just to send a digital file—with no other alternative offered—feels like an unreasonable penalty for the customer. I would like to know: Who keeps this email fee, and why is it so high for a standard customer service transaction? Why does this location not provide alternative, fee-free options for customers, such as a self-service USB kiosk or mobile QR code scanning? As a customer, I expect transparent pricing and reasonable alternatives rather than being forced into a processing fee. I hope you will review this policy to make your printing services fairer and more accessible.

  Can you believe how funny this UPS store is? Try to print one page document and then do notary service here. The store staff said they have minimum charge to print documents at their store. $4 for one page black and white. But if you print 10 pages it is $0.35/page. Wonder if the staff or the owner even went to elementary school or not. Can’t believe store like this will be able to charge customers correctly. Zero logic and zero score for their math.
