I've been coming to the store for years, sometimes as often as weekly, for everything from shipping supplies to notarization to Amazon returns. It is consistently clean and the line moves fast and the staff is friendly and supportive and helpful. Most of all the owner (Sean?) is present, friendly and patient. I have personally witnessed him giving grace and understanding to customers who absolutely did not deserve it after belittling store staff. Keep up the good work, you have earned my loyalty.
Excellent experience at the UPS Store! Shawn went above and beyond to help me and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely friendly, but Shawn was exactly that.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Whether you’re shipping a package, printing documents, or handling returns, customer service like this makes all the difference.
The store was organized, efficient, and I was helped quickly. Shawn’s positive attitude and outstanding customer service are the reason I’ll continue coming back to this location.

A simple package drop-off turned into a surprisingly hostile and upsetting experience. (ZERO star but no selection)
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share what happened. I brought in a package with a QR code and was directed to use the self-service kiosk. After selecting "Need Packaging," the screen instructed me to speak with a store associate, so I asked for assistance.
At that point, the store owner responded in a loud, angry, and confrontational manner, repeatedly demanding, "What did it say?" Instead of calmly helping me understand the next step, he continued asking the same question in an aggressive tone. I was shocked by his behavior and genuinely did not know how to respond. I explained to him what was on the machine, but rather than providing courteous customer service, he continued speaking to me in a rude and disrespectful manner.
Eventually, he explained that I needed to come to the counter, scan the QR code there, and pay for the packaging. The solution was simple. The problem was the way I was treated.
I have used UPS and FedEx locations for many years and have never experienced anything remotely like this. No customer should be yelled at, spoken down to, or made to feel uncomfortable for asking a simple question. What should have been a routine transaction became an unnecessarily unpleasant experience because of the store owner's behavior.
I left feeling offended, embarrassed, and unwelcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

Fantastic experience here completing my Live Scan. Great customer service by Sean, Samuel, and Yvette! Sean runs a great business here and is willing to put in the extra effort to make sure my experience was worth coming here for. Problems arose on my end during the live scan and Sean helped me throughout the entire process.

Sales Rep shunned me for not having a shipping pouch for my already printed out label for my Amazon return. Then when I went to take my printed label back to leave and go somewhere else she accused me of assault lol! Got the store manager who was even worse - pointing to their sign on the wall about how Amazon returns must be pre-packaged and pre-labeled! Then he yelled, talked over me not letting me speak, and treating me like a misogynistic pig. Another customer told me they have a reputation for being the worst store in the neighborhood and that nobody likes to go there including her. She mentioned everyone knows this owner is the worst. They get paid by Amazon to accept returns. I pulled up their Yelp page and told them a might leave a bad review to which he replied "if you threaten me I have you on video assaulting my store clerk and I will post the video". I hope they do, I'd love to sue them.
