  Two ladies who work here never smile or greet their customers. If you have used a coupon or app they will intentionally mess up your order. It happened to me 3 times in a row. I am vegetarian and they put chicken in the sub.

  ​During my visit, the two female employees on duty demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Rather than focusing on their duties, they spent the majority of their time chatting and gossiping with a group of their friends who were visiting the store. ​Due to this distraction, they failed to pay attention to my order and omitted several items that were included with my meal. Furthermore, when I tried to use my phone to scan my Subway rewards app at the counter, one of the employees reacted with clear hostility, making faces and visibly rolling her eyes at me. ​The midday shift staff at this location showed that they are not performing their duties properly and possess a terrible attitude toward paying customers. Being openly rude and dismissive is entirely unacceptable. ​I request that management address this situation directly with the employees involved and take appropriate action to ensure that basic standards of service, accuracy, and respect are maintained moving forward.

  Terrible place can’t even get my sandwich toasted. this place is a joke this is the third time now. On my order i selected toasted and in the Detail instructions i asked for it toasted after putting on turkey,cheese,bacon when i came inside while they were preparing it they said they could only toast the bacon instead of the sandwich like i asked LIKE HELLO??? waste of time dont recommend ordering online or coming here This has now happened multiple times and every other place i go to such as rancho santa margarita or mission viejo or foothill ranch walmart they never get my order wrong
