  This ups store is great! It was very busy today when I came in but this associate named mylah immediately greeted me and made sure I was going to be helped soon. I felt the kindness as soon as I walked in. I appreciated the great customer service when I walked in. She was very helpful I needed a notary service and I did an Amazon return. She was super professional with the notary and did my Amazon return so fast. Please give her the recognition she deserves will definitely be back!!

  Today I visited the UPS store on Sierra Lakes in Fontana. Immediately after walking in I was greeted by Mylah. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I could tell she understands the meaning of building long-term business relationships. Due to her customer service I will definitely be back and recommend this store to my family and friends. Keep up the good work!

  Not from just my experience today but over the last 5 years or more I dread it when I have to go do a return here. If a line barely starts to form they choke and get stressed out then the line grows and they get more stressed out and perform worse and friendliness takes a back seat to RUSH RUSH RUSH. You might get lucky with a friendly new hire from time to time that still has patience and a smile Secondly the UPCHARGES are crazy. You guys charge for everything extra. ALWAYS looking for some window to get more out of us. I can see it in their eyes (must be horrible metrics they are under pressure to sell) when I talk about my needs. I'm surprised you have pens we can use and don't want 10 bucks for one. And don't you need a single sheet of paper printed out unless your ready to spend almost 5 bucks. What happened to 1.25? At that rate a print out will be 10 bucks in another 2 years Also if you show up just before closing FORGET ABOUT IT. They will have the lights off and everything locked like it's been closed for an hour. Guess that's the only time they really work well is getting out of there on time, wish they valued our time the same way ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Please don't give me some fake concern message with some rationalization on why my many many many experience's over the years were so horrible ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
