  Diego and Artem are literally the ONLY reason I just paid $40 to have someone package my order!!!!! (I usually do it myself but they were so professional And reassuring that I was SOLD on just having then handle it.) I shipped a large order and they made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision to go thru them. I look forward to getting my new PO BOX again thru ups (this location) and I WAS GOING TO CANCEL! Idk I love good vibes and yes they were very fast, friendly, and THE PLACE WAS CLEAAAAAN!!!!!

  Everyone is alwaay so kind and helpful. Arielle is super sweet and caring. Diego is awesome. Ive been coming here for years and I can't see going anywhere else for my business needs. I truly enjoy the quality service provided by everyone at the Fontana UPS location. It's always a pleasure when I come in.

  Love this UPS store.. The staff is sooooo nice and helpful. Every time I go in, I’m greeted right away and the service is always fast and amazing. I recently order graduation big heads and both times the product was exactly what I was expecting. The staff called me to make sure I got their emails and that was satisfied with my order. I highly recommend this UPS store. Thank you to Diego and Melane for always providing excellent service.

He helped ensure that my package was properly processed, answered my questions clearly, and made the return quick and hassle-free.   On 5/28/26 at 12:14p we were helped by a super friendly employee! Sydney was so sweet and welcoming. My little two year old pointed at all her pins she was collecting and she kindly shared a Sasquatch pin with him. A small gesture goes a long way. We’ve even attached it to his Mickey hat he wore that day so when he’s strolling around in his hat and people ask about his pin, we proudly talk about our experience with Sydney. This is only one of many sweet stories we’ve experienced at this location. We’re often here dropping off packages and my little one is always greeted with so much love, patience, and kindness even when attempting to touch everything in sight. It’s our favorite UPS! ❤️
