Imagine eagerly awaiting to eat your sandwich and when you take the first bite you pull a long piece of hair out so you can’t even continue to enjoy your sandwich. That was my experience on top of that imagine to returning to the establishment to make employees aware and there is no remorse you receive passive energy . That was my experience when I returned and explained what was wrong no one cared no one apologized the sandwich was made over and that was it. I will not be returning to this establishment terrible customer service and my best advice would be to put hair caps on this would not occur!
Ordered a 6 inch sandwhich. And asked for extra pickles and was told no that’s the only portion they can give me. The only other veggie I got was light lettuce… are you kidding? Never heard that before.
This place a stingy with their toppings
Asked for more olives and they told me they cant I got only 6 cut up pieces of olives on my 6 inch and like 12. Cut a pieces of olives on my foot long

They worker was extremely polite and gave me advise on my sandwich because of my dietary needs. She didnt have a name tag but both were extremely polite. Ill Will recommend

I had a very bad experience I placed an order on the app today around 4pm, and I realize I ordered at the wrong subway location so I called quickly and reported it and the young lady said that she couldn’t refund me then a man got on the phone saying that it was a third party I have to go through to get my money back, and the subway location I was at said all they had to do was refund you so $22 gone down the drain
