  I ordered a 6 inch to pick up at lunch 12pm. I submitted the order around 10:30am when I got there my 6 inch was ready but it was cold and hard. I ordered it toasted. I didn’t think anything of it, when I opened it to eat it it was cold and hard like when you leave a toasted bread out for too long. I’m assuming they made my order when it was ordered at 10:30 am. I was so disappointed I had to eat it with out the bread.

  I ordered using the app. I asked for extra mayo, mustard, oil, vinegar, bell peppers. The meat was only to one side, no extra mayo/mustard/oil/vinegar in sight. I had to open the sandwich up and rearrange everything. I also added mayo, vinegar, and oil. I’ll just stick to JJ’s
