  Very unprofessional work u have working, first she's only it'll acknowledging the oven not greeting anyone and then ask how many sandwiches I have and complains I have 7 sandwiches to make and she's the only one here... Not our fault... Customer is asking for extra jalapenos and she complains how much he can little more and then they put and said theres a limit and walked out . 7 sandwiches is alot of Money I came to give business to

  Ordered a sandwich and they forgot the protein. And they don’t answer the phone. I was at work and couldn’t go back to let them know.

  Employees are friendly and doing their best, but pick up orders are never ever ready on time. Every time I have ordered ahead my order isn’t ready and I have to wait for the entire line to clear out before they make it. Which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Why would leadership have one single employee working on the weekends? It’s a super busy area. The owners must hate their employees if they make them do multiple people’s jobs and deal with irritated customers who were expecting a quick pick up not a 20+ minute wait.

  Horrible service. They preferred to cancel the order rather than fix the problem with the ice and give me a cold drink. I will not be returning to this store. The service and Luisa's attitude were terrible. They lack the training and attitude to provide good service.😡😡

  If you dont speak Spanish don't expect good service they cater well to Spanish speaking people. I had a incident with Camellia were she spoke to me in Spanish I answered back in English she was helping a Mexican national couple and was extremely pleasant with them but when I tried to begin my order she completely ignored me and walked to the back I left went next store and bought a pizza from little ceasars. That whole plaza is like that in the Cardenas shopping center on foothill and citrus it like your not in America if you don't speak fluent Spanish you won't get adequate service. SUBWAY IS A AMERICAN SANDWICH SHOP NOT A TACO STAND
