  Bri, who handles fingerprinting, is extraordinary. The paperwork I needed to complete was so confusing, and two other fingerprinting places told me to figure it out and come back. But Bri sat me down, showed me what I needed to do, and was incredibly patient and supportive. We got the paperwork completed, my fingerprints were taken, and I got what I needed to do, all because of Bri.

  The staff at this store is always very pleasant and helpful. I drive a little farther just to go to this location. Last week Genie helped me & gave me candy & coupons for National Lemon Day.. It was fun & put a smile on my face. Great job to everyone there!

  I had an excellent experience with Bri at the UPS Store on Bidwell in Folsom. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me with my Live Scan. She explained the process clearly, made everything quick and stress-free, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Bri, for making what could have been a stressful process so easy. Highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Bri!

  Lucky me, I came in on national lemon day and Bri, gave me a few stickers for my 5 year old, a couple pieces of candy and a fidget for her to play with. Thanks Bri! She's always awesome but today was national lemon day so lucky me
