  I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! I’ve had a mailbox here for over a year now, and every single time I walk in, the team knows exactly who I am and which mailbox is mine. The service is consistently amazing and the staff are so genuinely friendly. Patricia especially is wonderful—today was my first time placing a print order, and she made the whole process so easy and walked me through everything with a smile. She truly goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a mailbox, shipping, or printing, this is the place. Five stars all the way!

  I came into this UPS off Bidwell Street to get a passport photo taken, and Peyton was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, kind, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Great staff and top-notch service!

  I went in for a simple return to Amazon and Peyton immediately asked what I needed help with. I said that I had an Amazon return and had never used the self service returns. Peyton helped me get things all ready and realized Amazon had only sent one shipping label for 4 items. After being hung up on by Amazon with no resolution, Peyton advocated for me with Amazon and ultimately fixed the shipping issue. I had never experienced something so complicated with Amazon, but luckily Peyton was there to help me through the process. Thank you!!

  I frequently come to this location whenever I need to do my Amazon returns or USPS drop-offs. The associate, Bri, is always so kind and helpful whenever I come in. She'll always ask if you need assistance and I appreciate that kind of customer service. The associates here are always so welcoming and try their best to accomodate everyone when it does get busy. Thanks to this location for your lovely associates!

  I came into the store to drop off an Amazon return that I had no clue how to do. The UPS associate Bri was so incredibly helpful showing me what I needed to do and helped me get it done. Grateful!
