  Stopped into the Bidwell location today and had excellent service by a young person named Ali. Had an excellent experience and was in and out very quickly. Will definitely go out of my way to return to this location.

  DO NOT GO HERE A man working behind the counter stole a package worth $2,000 and when we asked for camera footage we were first told “they do not have cameras” and when we pressed further and only when we mentioned getting police involved we were told “well they don’t work” and when asked when they stopped working all they could say was “awhile ago.” Do not trust this location with your packages, go anywhere else! We trusted your location to do its job and are now out 2k because of it.
