I was making a sale on Mercari and the owner Akum helped me through the whole process. I came in around 4 and there was a labeling issue on Mercaris side so Akum offered to hold onto the package and gave me his number so I could text the QR code to him when it was ready. As an assistant manager at a restaurant, I truly couldn't believe how generous he was. A very kind and helpful owner, an easy 6/5 if I could it!

The Owner, Akum, let me in a few minutes before their posted operating hours and helped me thru the process. I also found out they sold stamps and had outgoing USPS mail and shredding services! This store help me click off three of my "chores" in one stop!! 5 stars is not enough! Folsom and surrounding areas please, make this UPS store your spot for all of your business needs!! Thanks again and have a great day!!

The prices for basic services like printing a few sheets of paper were far higher than expected and didn’t seem reasonable at all. It felt like I was being charged premium prices for very simple services. On top of that, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, making the whole visit feel rushed and unpleasant. A little courtesy and transparency about pricing would have gone a long way. There are plenty of other places that offer the same services at more reasonable prices with much better customer service. I won’t be coming back.
