  Online ordering just isn’t it for this Subway ! They clearly have a hard time making orders correctly. Supposedly it’s subway, but it feels more like a cheap sandwich joint you find in LA ! Going in person to order the food is more of hassle ! You have to deal with this lady who speaks broken English!! What is a girl to do 😔 ?? Back to Sourdough I guess

  Always go to this subway as it’s close to my home. However they always make mistakes when I order online. People pick the wrong to go order and staffs won’t care. DoorDash picked my order, and staffs just told me it’s not ready. After 30 min they finally said DoorDash mistakenly took it. However their manager refused to make my order first but dealt with DoorDash customer service first to fix the order. I understand fixing the order it’s important, but keep customer waiting for 1 hour for a sandwich?!?! I literally waited for an hour for my sandwich, I probably should use the time to just cook at home. Very disappointed, no apology, no compensation, nothing. Again I like this place as it’s convenient for me. But I’m very disappointed with my most recent experience.

  They always get ny order correct, I just wish the staff was just a little more enthusiastic about being there.

  everyone here is always so nice ive been coming here for 4 months and no matter who makes my sandwich its always delicious and they are very friendly
