  I’ve had some really consistent experiences here. This branch is way better than Oxnard. Always cooked to special instruction (well done). Quality of wings and food is always really good.

  The cashier was very rude to me and he was walking away while I was ordering. I felt very rushed when I was ordering my food and I didn’t feel comfortable. The food was good I just wish he was a little nicer.

  AND THEN we wonder why restaurants in Fillmore don't make it! When to pick up my food on 8/8/25 around 930pm and a house dog, with no leash, barks at me from inside the store. I go in, dog still barking, as I approach the register. I even had to walk away since it got close to my legs and the owner (sitting with the manager) didn't even bother to hold his dog only because "it doesn't like wearing a leash". I told him to get his dog. The manager, sitting there, didn't even bother to tell his friend anything until I told him the second time. Seriously! The staff here have no sense of customer service. It was not even a service dog and didn't even have a collar. #unsanitary
