    Haley and Crystal were a great help with my return that day. I had four different packages that needed special handling. The two of them helped get it all done and out the door! Excellent customer service! I really really appreciate the service!

    Absolutely the worst UPS experience ever. Lady at the counter very rude. She was upset that so many people were at the store on a Sunday. She was not in uniform very sloppy attire, voicing her frustration loud enough for everyone to hear. This is not the UPS experience I am familiar with. The lady in uniform was very polite and continued to work while the other one was spiraling out of control. Please fix this issue. Fallbrook need this store to be a friendly local shipping spot. Definitely an employee problem.

    UPS posted hours until 6:00pm tonight but the store was already shut down and locked up at 5:58pm. Second time I have come and it has been closed early. Do not rely on this location.
