  Great customer service and knowledge staff. I was able to do amazon returns and send out all my packages at once. It's the perfect location right by the freeway and near the grocery store. Getting everything all done at once is a timesaver.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store! The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing great service.   I recently went to this UPS Store to return several Amazon purchases. I had already printed each return label before arriving. When I got to the store, both clerks told me that I needed to purchase an individual box for each return. This did not sound right to me, especially since I’m familiar with the Amazon return process and have completed returns at other UPS Stores without having to purchase boxes. Fortunately, another customer pointed out that the store had machines available for customers to use and that I could bag my returns, which is consistent with the process I’ve experienced at other UPS locations. My concern is that customers should not be pressured into purchasing packaging for an Amazon return when the return service itself is provided at no cost to the customer. If there are specific circumstances where packaging must be purchased, that should be clearly explained rather than presented as the only option. Businesses should be focused on providing the service customers came in for—not creating opportunities for additional charges.
