  The staff here has always been efficient, friendly and helpful. I've not experienced any of the problems that some of these reviewers have described, and I have been coming here for years.

  Was a loyal customer and box holder for 26 years. The staff is very nice. The prior "owners" treated customers much better. The Current "owner" lacks any Customer Service skills.

  My box didn’t fit a return . My return label was for ups . I usually go to the one by dollar tree but thought I would try this one .The young man in there is efficient trying to move everyone along . He is definitely going beyond what is usually required . I paid for all the items to send my package off and it was great to see this young man move !

  Oh after my recent visit, I can see why this location has such poor reviews. Even the owner responding to the reviews seems arrogant and more interested in defending his business instead of taking care of the complaints the customers have. This place over charges and leaves you with customer service reps that are so unfriendly.

  Well I haven't actually visited the store yet. I was looking on line for the closest UPS store to my residence. Yep this is the One! The issue is someone has neglected to put down the store hours. Obviously this must be the mistake of the web site who helped create this for UPS. I'm surprised it's been up so long without being corrected. UPS should receive this small detailed bit of information inserted for free. I believe the hours of operation are of major importance. Wouldn't you agree? Maybe more sales!
