*updated to 2 star from 1 on 4/14 for additional customer communication, while still recognizing this was not a good experience. While I appreciated the phone call and the communication from the owner, I did have to go to GREAT lengths to get that from the employees at the store, and we will have to agree to disagree on the lack of communication with employees, the timing of the contact to me and the use of a personal phone I could not reach in return, etc. Also, hanging out there still is the elephant in the room of the original cost vs the eventual service we received. I’ve not been contacted or updated on what will become of that. Also think it’s a little odd that I was contacted directly on my personal phone from the ownership to alter my review and this still looks like a blame game between UPS corporate and the store. We will see what comes of it. I’ll use another shipping location for now of needed.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I live in the neighborhood, stopped in to overnight, a package of marketing materials for a charity event that our business supports every year for the last 16 years.
The package was not sent out in time. An employee called me just before they closed to tell me there was an issue, and left a voicemail using a personal cell phone.
I happen to be coaching a youth sports team at the time and did not get the message immediately. When I called back, because it was a personal number their inbox was full and I was unable to connect with them before the business closed.
While on a layover between flights to the Make-A-Wish event the next day I called them right when they opened… Nobody there knew a thing about my package or why it wasn’t moving or had not been pick up in time.
$350 later and the materials for the event are still not moving and they’ve offered me nothing but an 800 number to UPS. All of the blame has been passed. This is an awful location. I will never ship there again.
After a long hold with UPS corporate, it turns out this issue is that the store did not update the billing information on my package…all paid in advance.
They cost our family business and more importantly a Make a Wish event. Not great.

Had the worst experience talking to Bruno just now. I had called and spoken to a woman there about getting a print of an image I had created for me. They gave me an email to reach out to under the email theupsstore.com. This was almost a month ago and heard nothing back from them after I sent them my name and given files contain pictures of me and my fiance. After my conversation with Bruno just now he informed me that this isn't even a UPS Company I emailed and it's a third party service that he as bo idea about. Furthermore he let me know that he has never worked with them before. There was no solution found, I have to find another company to print out my image and some third party company I don't even know anything about has my info and face. Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I don't think I'll be doing any business there again. And you guys shouldn't either if it means they have no regard for your privacy or follow through on customer service.

I went to this UPS location yesterday , there was two employees behind the counter scanning packages and neither acknowledged the people waiting in line to be assisted . The indian lady finally saw me waiting and from the start she was very rude to me . She looked at me as if she was angry that i needed help . I told her what i needed , she pointed to the printing machines but that’s not what i came in for so i was very confused. I asked her again and she rolled her eyes at me and got what i actually came in for . I felt very belittled at this place , i came in for something so simple and the employee treated me with no respect. Worst customer service i’ve received, she didn’t say a word to me the whole interaction.

The staff here are amazing, very nice, hard working and they get long lines down very fast. They always know how to fix any postal problems that come my way. Keep up the great work, guys! 👍
