  Why are people wondering why subway isn't a full sit down restaurant with a whole wait staff and champagne? ... it's a subway dude, get a sandwich and leave

  I suggest go in person to order a sandwich and not through the app. I asked for double the protein but when I received it, it was clearly the regular amount. I paid extra so I should get exactly what I ordered.

  My mom bought the family subway and they messed my sandwich up horribly the sandwich was supposed the be a Philly steak with bell peppers and onions jalapeños and avocado and LIGHT MAYO LIGHT AOLI and they pretty much put a whole bottle of mayo / aoli so me and my girlfriend went back and asked for it to be remade and the lady was so rude about it saying that’s how we asked for it to be made and told us she had to charge us for the sandwich if she remade it mind you no bites were taken and we had the said sandwich in hand and offered to give it to them cause we didn’t want it and my mom paid like 50 plus rewards for five sandwiches and they didn’t wanna remake one sandwich

  Seriously I don’t want to give even 1 star but I don’t have option here I been there 2nd time first time employee were so aggressive i think she had a bad day or something but I was wrong I been there today had a same type of service which is totally unacceptable I think restaurant owner have to work on it. I never ever want to go their again.
