  Service was good friendly, Sandwich was clearly constructed to hide the lack of chicken. plenty of lettuce and not enough teriyaki chicken. Give it a C-.

  This place is a joke. We walked in to order and asked if there were any restrooms. The dill hole behind the counter said that they did not have a restroom but McDonald's across the street had restrooms and suggested that we ate there as well. We declined his suggestion and ate at this Subway. This guy wasn't happy that he had to get off his rear end and actually do something. We had to have the sandwiches made exactly how they were posted on the board because this guy would not be able to understand any customization requests. We paid for the food but then five minutes later the female employee called us up and said we didn't pay for our chips. How could they not of charged us for the chips when the employees have to get them for you from behind the counter due to there Covid restrictions? We were there on 7/17 in the early evening. Would not recommend going then.

  They close earlier than 8:30. Walked in around 8:12pm and was told they are closed although it clearly states online they don’t close until 8:30pm. Happened more than once. Just change your hours of operation if you’re not going to provide the service.

  Good quality, & fresh. But small portions (everything) and a batch woman behind the counter. She kept interrupting my order to snap at me about being too close. They have chairs in front of the counter so you can't. I was just leaning towards the menu to see it. I was about to leave. And told her so. But she didn't care. Hunger made me stay thru it. I will probably go back sometime after she is gone. Sorry , its only honesty. D.B

  I ordered a pickup order. Lady at the front had no idea what I was saying when I said “pick up order.” There was no line and she hadn’t even started my order yet. While waiting on my order a couple came in that she didn’t even look up at. When I grabbed my food she asked me for payment, and couldn’t understand that I already paid through the app. Long story short I waited a total of 30 mins from the time I placed my order to the time it was handed to me. The meat was cold and she forgot the tomato. If she can’t make a sandwich correctly, communicate in even a tiny bit of English, or understand how a pickup order works, I am not sure how she has a front line job there. I won’t be going back.
