  Jerico is definitely the best part of this location. He understands the whole process and makes it incredibly seamless. The rest of the staff, specifically their Asian female manager- awful. Her attitude every time I go in there is un-friendly and treats you like your business doesn’t matter. She needs to be reevaluated for her position or put through another customer service training. The only reason I come here is because Amazon started charging to do returns at UPS. Avoid this location if you can!

  Stopped by to pick up a package. Service was quick, professional, and friendly. Plenty of office supplies available; looking around will remind you if you need any. Only issue at this particular location (Oliver Rd in Fairfield, CA) is that parking in the proximity of the building is in short supply and cramped. There's plenty of parking elsewhere in the shopping center but it could be an issue if you have to drop off or pickup a lot off packages (or even one large or heavy package).

  Staff was helpful and welcoming. Didn't mind asking me if I needed help then gave me my space afterwards.
