  bad practice wont help customers or even sit on the phone for warranty help lazy you can't purchase a phone in person at a cricket store btw, The store wont help you even if the online purchase was made there i have a line through my screen after 8 days of use and they don't care just happy they made there little sale embarrassing

  Don't go here. These girls who work here are lazy. I came to exchange my cousins cellphone he bought 3 days ago because it was malfunctioning. I know you have 7 days to exchange it. First girl didn't even really help and tried to tell us to go to the website. We called customer service and they said she's wrong and to go and she would speak on our behave. Then the girl at the store said it was a misunderstanding and we had to wait for her manager to come back from lunch. When we came back then they said it had to be the actual person who bought it with their id even though I had the receipt and the cell and everything included. Wasted my time. Would never go there again.
