This location has laughably bad service. I had an issue with the app and was specifically told to call this location, so I did. I placed a very expensive order as a treat for a friend, got a notification that my order had been cancelled or modified and to call the store directly. On their own company app, the location being displayed was the Harris street location, their phone number was the number that THEIR OWN APP said to call when pushing “Call the Store” button, and the person who picked up very much seems to hate their job and doesn’t want to be there. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fast food and customer service at noon on a Friday, I absolutely understand them not giving a crap about things out of their control. I told them I understand when they told me “they’re just a sandwich maker”, apologized for my tone of voice due to my frustration of a $50 order being lost in their system, and asked to talk to someone who could help me figure this problem out. They put me on hold and the same person picked up and just said “yeah you must have called the wrong location, there’s nothing we can do”. I tried reiterating that THEIR APP is showing me the Harris location, I ordered from the Harris location, and that THEIR NUMBER was the one that THE SUBWAY APP told me to call. I just hung up because clearly this location could not care less. Yet again, I fully understand service work is draining and when it’s something you can’t solve, there’s nothing you can do. But I did, in fact, ask to talk to someone who could help me understand why my $50 is suddenly cancelled or modified from their location and this person literally just told me “you must be in the wrong” instead of helping a paying customer. I don’t know, maybe have your employees not sound so apathetic or like they hate their job.
