  They said the address was wrong - we were waiting there at THAT address all day. We won't be home again all week. Rep says they MUST make three delivery attempts before you are allowed to pick it up - even when I told her nobody will be home all week. Finally a supervisor says we can, in fact, pick it up tomorrow, BUT must show proof of address and asked if the person was over 21(??)- Then it suddenly didn't matter if he was 21...If ID doesn't have that address, then have to bring lease or utility bill?? Because an ID that proves you are the human being who owns the package isn't enough???!!! Customer service is terrible. I will never intentionally use FedEx again if I have an option.
