  Yesterday June 8, 2026 I went to this store to ship 3 boxes and I didn’t have labels printed because my printer didn’t work so I asked Mr. Mike if he could print the labels for me and he was so helpful and friendly he made me feel a valued customer. I had a bad experience at the other UPS store in San Marcos they weren’t helpful at all so I did not go back there to ship my boxes and will never use that store to ship anything or use any of their services. Mr Mike and his staff are very friendly they make you feel welcome and valued customer I will surely comeback to their store for their services for shipping, printing etc. highly recommend 100% for their top notch service!

  I’ve been to this UPS store before and just this week alone, I’ve been in twice. Just want to give Melissa a 5 star rating for her service. She’s friendly and very helpful. I had a few returns the other day and one of the returns I had, I accidentally picked Staples as a drop off location. Melissa was so patient and helpful to show me how to change it. Excellent customer service!! She’s a keeper ☺️

  I give it a 5 since both workers in the store are super friendly and for me, a worker with charisma and jokingly behavior are everything for me to make my day and give me a moment to share with my family. Even if it was a slight interaction, a joke was all I needed to make my day better.

  Ups is trash. At the mercy of the drivers. They always make mistakes and go to the wrong house. I hate dealing with these people
