Excellent new UPS Store location! I discovered this location by accident today and I’m so glad I did. I was planning to drive to another UPS Store farther away, but Maps showed me this new location right off the freeway, so I decided to give it a try. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even opened the door for me while I was bringing in a large package, which was such a nice gesture. Everything was handled quickly and easily, and the whole experience was excellent. The location is also extremely convenient, especially being so close to the freeway. I will absolutely be using this UPS Store from now on. Highly recommend!

This UPS store is new to our neighborhood. I stopped in to see if they would be able to help me with copies of some old photos. Unfortunately at this time, they only have standard paper. Although they didn’t have photo paper at this time, they did ask specifics about how many copies were needed. The fact that they took time to ask questions made me feel that it’s important to them to help their customers. Customer service seems to be very important to them & they thanked me for stopping in.
