  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Antonio for the exceptional customer service he provided during my visit to Subway. From the moment I walked in, Antonio greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel valued as a customer. He was friendly, engaging, and attentive while taking my lunch order, maintaining great eye contact and creating a positive experience from start to finish. What also stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. Antonio himself was neat, professional, and well-groomed, with a clean and polished uniform that reflected pride in his work and the establishment. You can genuinely tell that Antonio enjoys his job and working with the public. His positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to customer service are qualities that make customers want to return. Thank you, Antonio, for making what could have been an ordinary lunch stop into such a pleasant experience. Subway is fortunate to have you on their team!

  We've gotten some subpar sandwiches from the auto parkway Escondido Subway but today's sandwich took the cake because there was a huge old head hair in it. Not mine at all because my head is shaved. EDITED TO ADD: My husband just now informed me that his sandwich from last night that he took for lunch today also had a hair in it. This is beyond disgusting.

  Staff couldnt be bothered to help customers, the conversation in the back room must have been really interesting.
