  Service is always pretty slow. Got my sandwich home and found someone's long hair in my food. Ordered double meat and didnt get it.

  This was the absolute worst experience. I placed a online order, when I received alert it was ready I went in to pick up of course... I was not greeted but ignored .. I waited an additional 30 min! Watching my hot sandwich on days old bread get cold, sandwiches literally sitting there while they slowly made everyone else's sandwiches. A nicely dressed man walked in and was greeted and asked do you have a pick up.. wait what, I am standing here hello?! I asked at that point is my order ready?...I was told they are working on it.. it was another 5min. I watched them all of a sudden jump into gear to watch these two women get to his sandwich, really? When they finished my sanwiches I of course opened them only to find these cold rocks of bread , old lettuce, disgusting end pieces of tomato and sanwiches both made wrong. I will make sure to never come to this unprofessional and for the lack of better words discriminaing location . This place sucks and wants to get people sick, not to mention break their teeth.
