  There is an employee there named Chepe. He is efficient and kind, and he took care of our large order with ease and consideration for everything we needed, when I was already behind and having a bad day. He made it much better.

  I came a couple times. When I ordered from one employee, it was alright. When I ordered twice from another employee, it was REALLY BAD. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but because of that I don’t come anymore. That person just didn’t seem “clean” but they did a great job at making it fast and convenient. Every experience will be different.

  Ordered two subs online, when I went in the manager picked up I was kind and told him the subs were missing so much in he got rude saying that’s what he put in and that we weren’t the ones who made it. And kept telling us if we are wrong even tho we were looking directly at the subs. When we told him we can’t go back to the store so they can remake it if we can just get a refund since we are no longer going to be eating them. He got loud saying no refunds and that we can go back and make our own sandwiches and that we don’t know what’s on our subs because we didn’t make them unprofessional and extremely rude we have came multiple times and each time really good but the one time we go in while the manager is making it horrible!!! And dirty store as well he should not be manager of a store if he can’t take criticism

  I was in a rush and needed something to eat since I’m breastfeeding. I had done a pick up order 30 mins before arriving so my food can be ready with enough time for the workers to make my order. It was just one sandwich. When arriving the lady said “it’s not ready”. Then proceeded to make everyone’s sandwiches except for mine. Some customers were ordering multiple sandwiches. She didn’t start making my sandwich until everyone left. So much for ordering online with enough time.
