  Great customer service! I had documents that needed to be shredded. They immediately put them in their locked shredding bin , as I watched. Cost is about a $1.50 a pound I believe. They have a restroom for customer use that is locked. Ask for the key.

  The staff is good, and the process is straight forward, they are a bit pricey, And the large printer constantly breaks and has to be reset, I’d say %50 of the time I use it I have to reset it and try again which is time consuming., they need an update.
