  Highly recommend this location for great customer service and less wait time compared to other nearby locations. Walid was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. He did not attempt to upsell me to a more expensive phone model when I was deciding between 2 different phones to upgrade to... rather, he told me that the less expensive phone was the phone that he's used for years now and that he would recommend sticking with that model. My experience at the Lincoln store in Escondido was a great experience thanks to Walid.

  I had such a great experience at the Cricket Wireless on Lincoln! I came in with my son’s phone that had been locked and the eSIM was accidentally deleted. The staff here were super helpful and immediately knew how to fix it. They set up a physical SIM instead, and the whole process was very easy and smooth. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and such a relief to have the issue resolved so quickly! Highly recommend this location.
