  Manager Li and girl that works at this cricket store on Lincoln in Escondido, lied to people. They change you to plans without even asking you. They add insurance to your phones without asking you. They lied about anything and everything just to get you to purchace cell phones, then when you get your monthly bill, it comes up very high. They pretend to be very kind and honest, but all they care about it's making money, but based on lies. Be very careful when you go to this store, and all the cricket stores. I am so disappointed and upset at this people taking advantage in any way they can, and think that they're going to get away with it...

  Very patient and helpful, Miguel & Brenda helped me work through a complicated situation. The online reps had made a big mess and they helped me make the most out of the situation. It was technically challenging and they put up with me real patiently. Miguel was also very attentive to everyone who came in, he multitasked very well. Best service I've had from cricket so far. Thanks!
