Called regarding new service and switching from my current provider. The woman who answered the phone was as about as friendly and as well spoken as coffee table.

The California mandate does not require individuals to wear a mask once vaccinated. I entered the store and was told I could not receive any assistance nor could I be allowed to stand inside the building if I was not wearing a mask. I asked both the ladies working if I may have a mask since I did not carry one. Both of them said no. If this business requires the clients to wear masks then spare masks should be provided or the very least a warning that way I may not waste my gas nor time.

Horrible Service... I tried to buy a phone and I guess the employee did know how to activate the phone and I was there for almost an hour.
