  I have to agree with the others, the staff is really lacking. There’s very little personality or warmth from any of the staff members I’ve encountered. The owner is probably the worst. Even my husband commented that he didn’t seem very welcoming or personable. I gave two stars because, honestly, the convenience of having this location in town is the only reason I continue to use it instead of driving somewhere else to make returns. I feel like they know this so they don’t care how customers perceive them. Sure some will take business elsewhere but let’s be real, we will suck it up & continue taking our Amazon returns in. I might start buying my packing tape elsewhere though!

  I like to support local businesses since I live in town, but I won’t be able to support this one anymore. I won’t say the staff is rude, but they’re definitely not friendly or helpful. And make sure you pay attention to their hours of operation, My wife and daughter made the mistake of going in the store because the front door was open at 4pm (We didn’t realize it was closing time). After waiting three or four minutes With no staff member in sight, A man came out of the bathroom and looked at them like they were crazy for being in the store when the door was open. He said the store is closed, Since he didn’t offer to share the hours that we could return tomorrow, my wife had to ask him. What are your hours tomorrow…. I think I’ll just change my Amazon return and start taking them to Riverbank. This could’ve been so convenient if it was being operated on more professional manner, what a shame.

  If not for the convenience of returning items at this store, I would not patronize them. This is the first nasty review I’ve ever given, but I have never experienced a ruder group of employees!
