I needed 100 cards with a digital picture ... I sent them a very high resolution file and they made the cards.. Way more cost than Amazon.. And they made it blurry. I told the guy this is a very important card and I need it to look much better than this and he said well it doesn't look blurry to me. meanwhile he's wearing glasses that are as thickest telescopes and he had eye boogers and food cream cheese on the side of his mouth completely disheveled. I showed him the sample that they showed me and it was fully high resolution and beautiful but but they gave me was horrible. I told him they need to give me a refund he says he can't it only a manager can and then basically it's my problem because I'm seeing blurry. I put the cards up to the sample and it's very visibly different poor quality. he didn't care. I'm trying to run a business I try to support local business when I could have saved probably 70% on an Amazon purchase and instead this is what I get from my local FedEx. Don't use FedEx just go to Amazon

Kevin was the main person who helped process my FedEx order, and he was honestly one of the best customer service leads I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond, along with Jair, to help me ship 9 heavy boxes individually across the nation.
They were patient, kind, and spent nearly 40 minutes making sure everything was handled correctly. Michael also took the time to reassure me that everything was going to be okay, which I really appreciated.
The whole team made a stressful shipping situation feel manageable. Truly grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this FedEx location!
I will never shop at a place that does not like dogs. This place is one of those places. What are they afraid of a box getting peed on? Ridiculous.
Michael was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He got stuck alone on shift, but navigated multiple tough customer interactions while waited for our urgent job to finish right before closing. Can’t recommend this location or Michael enough!

Megan was our customer service rep and she went above and beyond what we'd expect at a shipping store. She made everything easy from bringing in the raw product to boxing it up to giving us a receipt so that we could track it. We then used the office facilities to make business cards and we even got a few snacks to eat while we were doing so from their assortment of treats on site.
