  MAN!! What a fricken DAY it has been!! Y'all know what I'm saying. I just got on here because my dude Benji over here REALLY went above and beyond normal ups store customer service. my items would NOT have been shipped before I got on my flight and I have no idea what I could've done .. if it wasn't for Benji. Helpful. 10/10 Courteous. 10/10 knowledgeable 10/10 THANKS AGAIN BENJI.... we all should bow and offer gifts to a nigh immortal package handler such as yourself sir. Thank you again. -A

  Excellent UPS store. The customer service is great, especially with the younger associates. They scan my barcode from Amazon or other online retailers with an amazing attitude. No “why are you returning items” look and comments I get from USPS or other UPS stores. A+. I will keep coming back for my online returns.

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store for my Live Scan fingerprinting for Florida licensure. Benjamin Ruiz was incredibly helpful, friendly, and positive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and made everything quick and efficient, which really helped reduce my stress about the fingerprinting requirements. Even though this location is a bit of a drive for me, I would absolutely come back because the service was excellent. Highly recommend!
