  DO NOT GO HERE. Owner operator Dave will take your package, tell you to stop worrying about a label that doesn’t look right to you and rushes you out telling you that everything will be fine, “leave it up to us, we got it from here”. But when things go sideways and your package is not delivered, and you call him to tell him to help fix the issue, he will wash his hands of the issue and tell you it’s not his fault. Cannot make this up.

  I’ve been going to this UPS store in the last couple of years. With Amazon returns, I must’ve gone AT LEAST 30 times just in the last year. Although some of the staff could be a bit warmer, my experience with Dave (the owner) had been great in every interaction we’ve had. I’m sorry to see that many others didn’t have the same experience, but I just wanted to add my two cents in here. He’s been nothing but kind to me and after going there again just now, I feel the need to share that on this page.

  The only reason I don’t give this store five stars is the difficult access and limited parking. Other than that, the service is always great and the workers are nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.

  I have had some frustrating experiences with this store, as other reviews mention. But credit where it’s due, I want to thank the owner Dave. He was able to recognize their mistake and make things right. Thank you

  Great experience at this store. They helped with shipping and packaging, and made the process quick and easy.
