I’ve been going to this UPS store in the last couple of years. With Amazon returns, I must’ve gone AT LEAST 30 times just in the last year. Although some of the staff could be a bit warmer, my experience with Dave (the owner) had been great in every interaction we’ve had. I’m sorry to see that many others didn’t have the same experience, but I just wanted to add my two cents in here. He’s been nothing but kind to me and after going there again just now, I feel the need to share that in this page.

The only reason I don’t give this store five stars is the difficult access and limited parking. Other than that, the service is always great and the workers are nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I have had some frustrating experiences with this store, as other reviews mention. But credit where it’s due, I want to thank the owner Dave. He was able to recognize their mistake and make things right. Thank you

Great experience at this store. They helped with shipping and packaging, and made the process quick and easy.
I didn’t completely buy all the negative reviews, so I did go into this UPS. The older guy who I’ve read is the owner was pleasant enough THAT day. I went into again thinking I’d have the same uneventful experience but no. This guy is one of the rudest people in customer service that I’ve ever had. No greeting when I walked in. The place was empty save for one other customer that he was helping. He completely ignored me. The other customer he was dealing with told him “you can go help her. I’m finished.” But he kept shuffling her papers and talking to her, like he wanted to make me wait. It was so strange. When he finally came over to me he was very brusque, even seemed angry. He was completely unhelpful. I went to the other UPS which unsurprisingly was packed with people. No one wants to go to this angry old guy’s store.
