  Love to be ignored after calling a friendly greeting to Dave upon entering the store. Then have to suffer his passive aggressive (alleged) customer service.

  The older gentleman that works here is not nice! Very abrasive and rude. I will avoid this location at all costs.

  I’ve never had a good experience at this store. The older gentleman I presume is the owner is rude, smug, seems miserable & treats people coming into his establishment like a bother. He makes people wait & takes his time like he’s doing it on purpose. I am a business owner & I understand some days are easier than others, but if you choose to own a business that you must engage with clients daily you need to suck it up. I’ve NEVER treated clients or random people the way he treats the people coming into his establishment. From now on I will go to a neighboring UPS store, honestly I’d drive out of my way to not return to this place. This man should retire or find a job he actually likes.
