  I had to get some sandwiches while at the park nearby. I ordered a pick up order from the app. I chose extra veggies and pickles, but I got less of every veggie option. This was the worst sandwich I have had at Subway. The management needs to do better. Maybe if you watch them make your sandwich it would be better. When we got back to the park to eat, it was too late.

  Order a sandwich to-go online, an hour before they closed…ordered at 5:40 & took the bus. By the time, I got there the store was closed at 7. I called 3 times, no answer & 3rd call was clicked on. The next day i come back to see if I can get my order, the workers response was that its not his responsibility once the store close but yet he gave it away to a homeless person 2 hours before I came in the next day to resolve the issue. What kind of joke of customer service is that? Spent money to feed myself, not some random homeless guy. He says the store is at a loss now, what did they lose? They gave my sandwich away that I PAYED for? What the helly? Enayat Habib is supposedly his name which he does not where a name tag & claims to be the manager. He said it’s Not his Responsibility to take care of his customer, regardless of my attempts to call the moment i ordered to communicate my potential late arrival to pick up my order & has the audacity to tell me that he give my order away 2 hours before I walked in the next day to a random person. To remake the sandwich that I played for, he said would if he could. Why couldn’t he? He says SUBWAY doesnt allow him too. Fire this guy. He also had a wife and kids crying in the back of the store…
