  Said they are not going to take orders but didn't say why, they just said they were only doing there online orders, no explanation over 2 hours before closing. First time ever going to a wing stop will be my last.

  Customer Service Complaint – Wingstop I visited Wingstop and asked for an ice cup only. At first, I was told that they do not provide ice cups and that it was not allowed. I then politely asked if I could simply purchase a small cup with ice and offered to pay for it. Instead, I was told that a small cup of ice would cost $6, which I found unreasonable. More importantly, the way the staff communicated with me was very rude and disrespectful. I understand that every restaurant has its own policies and pricing, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I was simply asking for a cup of ice and was willing to pay a reasonable charge for it. I am disappointed with the customer service I received and hope management will look into this situation and address the way customers are being spoken to. This was not the level of service I expected from Wingstop.
