  I have never had an issue coming here for anything, be it shipping, Amazon returns, passport photos. The staff is very polite, patient, and professional and the hours are great.

  I’ve been to this location many times with no issues, but a recent visit turned into chaos because of a complete lack of communication and basic customer service. After waiting patiently for several minutes, when I got to the counter, the employee suddenly decided to help the customer behind me without any explanation. This left me standing there totally confused. After she finished, I asked her if she needed to help anyone else, and the misunderstanding quickly escalated when some young people behaving loudly in the lobby started to interfere, making things even worse! Throughout the interaction, the employee never explained or apologized for the confusion, or attempted to de-escalate what had become a completely unnecessary confrontation. My issue was not the order of service, it started with the lack of common courtesy. It was not until after the confrontation began that I learned the other customer was returning from an earlier visit, which I can understand. A simple, “I’ll be right with you. Would you mind if I help this customer first since they were in the store earlier?” would have prevented this entire situation!
