  I would not recommend coming here. The employee yesterday was very rude to my wife and said they do not do shipping returns via QR code. When she asked if there was an issue and why it was not possible, the employee just said "Because I said so" and walked away. Clearly, despite being an Office Print and Ship Center, this place cannot be relied on to provide basic services. I would recommend going to a different Fedex.

  I love this FedEx store. Ive never had any issues. I used this location to mail out my expensive engagement ring for a cleaning and they reassured me when it would arrive etc. Great customer service every time ive went to ship something. Quick and easy as long as you have everything together ahead of time!

  They are always sooo slow just to return an Amazon package. You are better off going to the post office and dropping off your returns.

  Shoutout to Jorge, the manager, and the whole crew working around 4pm on Monday, July 27. Incredibly helpful, patient, and kind individuals all around! I, along with a handful of other customers, had complicated requests and they handled all of them with ease.
