  My wife and I went in to get passport photos and it was the easiest and stress-free process. We were helped by Kevin, who was so accommodating and made it so easy. Walked in and walked out in 5 min.

  I love this UPS store!!! Everyone, especially Kevin, has been always patient and kind every time I have to send back my ALL my Amazon packages! Kevin’s even kind enough to show me how to use the self service, should there be a long line, the next time I come in! Such amazing customer service!!! If you need a place to do returns, copies, shipping… I highly recommend coming here!!!

  Had to do live scan and Diego made the process quick and easy- and had great customer service! I was worried I wouldn’t make it took my next meeting and I was literally done in less than 5 minutes! (I pre-paid online). Highly recommend coming here to get it done.

  Diego and Kevin were amazing! Even with the store currently under renovation, they were both incredibly helpful and welcoming. Diego went out of his way to try to find packaging tape that I could purchase, which I really appreciated. Kevin was also extremely professional and helpful. I had a very large package in my car—it was literally as tall as I am! 😂 He didn’t hesitate to come outside, help me get it out of my car, and carry it into the store for me. Such great customer service from both of them. Thank you, Diego and Kevin, for going above and beyond and making my visit so easy!
