  Jalyn was so helpful. She was very efficient in getting my package sent out. There was no hassle at all and we even had a little conversation. She is very personable and I will always come back to this UPS STORE inside of Raleys in Elk Grove!!! thank you Jalyn!

  I just recently discovered this UPS location, and I'm so glad! I have a son with disabilities so taking him into a typical UPS location can be challenging, but being inside a grocery store is so much better for us! There was no wait and Aayush was very helpful knowledgeable. 10/10

  I always go here for happy returns. The staffs always so kind and efficient at doing them. Orenzy did great! Very friendly and informative on where I'll see my return receipt in my email. Definitely recommend going here!

  Upon coming up to the UPS counter, Jalyn’s associate was not very helpful and when I said, I need to go my phone to get my QR code for an Amazon return. He gave me this attitude and could care less about the transaction. Maybe he shouldn’t be working the counter. Jalyn immediately came up and she was very helpful and friendly.
