    Talked to three people no one could help send a document internationally. Terrible customer service. Seems point of store is for Amazon returns.

    I scheduled a notary appointment ahead of time but when I showed up, some kid with dreads told me that's not how it works there. Even though I had a pre-scheduled appointment, they said they only do notaries on a walk-in basis and the notary wouldn't be there for hours. I asked how I was able to schedule the appointment online if the notary was not available and he said he couldn't explain it for me, they don't take appointments. Most bizarre interaction.
