  I took up half an hour of the staff member's valuable time here because I didn't know how to ship the package and don't speak English; she patiently handled the entire process for me, and we had to communicate using translation software. Despite the fact that the branch was getting close to closing time, she helped me successfully complete the shipment. 🌹Honestly, I am truly grateful to her—thank you, FedEx!👍👍

  Great customer service in a quiet location with easy parking. The staff, especially Eleanor, are nice, helpful, and efficient. Even though this is not the closest FedEx to me, I drive further to come to this one. It’s saved in my maps as my Comfort FedEx.
